IRIS NFP Solutions (formerly CS Group), the specialist UK Not
for Profit software supplier, has been selected to provide the
Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists with a new CRM
and membership management database. The RCOG will deploy Integra,
the UK's leading membership software package, to gain efficiencies
through streamlined business processes, online integration and
process automation.
The project will see the Royal College of Obstetricians and
Gynaecologists replacing its existing disparate databases with a
modern, fully integrated software solution that Integra offers.
Delivering sophisticated tools for segmenting and profiling,
Integra provides the RCOG with improved communications in the form
of better targeting, tracking and analysis. This means deeper
understanding of the membership as well as additional revenue
streams through enhanced service delivery.
